When the 2025/2026 pre-season started I received two great news – Spartans board announced that the club will build a new stadium with a capacity of 20,438. The second good news is that club is able to upgrade Youth Facilities and this project will be financed without any external funding.
The new “Spartans Stadium” will cost around £35,5M, although this figure will be offset by the £825K the club will receive by selling Ainslie Park. The Board have secured a loan of £34,87M to help finance the stadium project. Additional funding for the project has been secured with a stadium sponsorship deal worth £17,85M.
